Christie’s superior customer service and attention to detail shine in every real estate transaction she does. This is why she has been voted the 2021-2022 Decatur Chamber Citizen of the Year and 2023 & 2017-2018 Best Realtor of the Year by readers of the Wise County Messenger. In 2018, her real estate firm, Rhine Realty, was awarded the Decatur Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year title.

Passionate about meeting new people, Christie enjoys discovering her clients’ stories and helping them find their place in the community, including their dream property. As a lifelong resident of Wise County, Christie has developed a vast network of resources to help her clients when buying or selling a home.

Christie focuses on all areas of real estate –Farm and ranch, as well as residential and commercial. With a strong work ethic, she goes above and beyond to help all her clients and work within their schedules. Her commitment to her customers is why most of her new clients come to her at the recommendation of their friends and family, and previous clients want to work with her again when their real estate needs change. She has even worked with military clients and clients moving abroad while they are out of the country.
As a real estate broker and the owner of Rhine Realty, Christie works closely with other realtors. She loves mentoring realtors who are new to the industry and helping them grow their businesses.
Christie is involved in many organizations that bring people to the Wise County area. She is a Decatur Main Street Board member, a past board member of Bridgeport Main Street, and previously served as president of the Area Businesswomen’s Network. Christie was named the 2015 committee member of the year for the Butterfield Stage Days PRCA Rodeo.

Additionally, Christie was a board member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, where she began the chamber’s ambassador program and served as the 2017-2018 president. Christie belongs to the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors. She serves on a board of directors for the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors, Decatur Conference Center, & Decatur Housing Authority. Also, a supporter of TREPAC/The Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee.

When she is not enjoying time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, Christie actively serves and gives back to her community. In 2012, Christie co-founded Glitzy Girls Trailer Park, an annual event on Decatur Square that raises money for local nonprofit organizations. And, at local events, you can often find Christie giving kids a fun ride on her Rhine Realty barrel train.

As a licensed realtor and a business owner, Gina understands the importance of putting customers first, which shows in her relationship with her clients. She works closely with clients to ensure their real estate goals are met, and the transaction goes smoothly. Having worked in real estate for over 18 years, Gina still loves seeing her clients' excitement as they purchase a new home or celebrating with her sellers as they embark on a new adventure after selling their property.

Having spent most of her life on a ranch, Gina is uniquely qualified to assist clients with the specific needs related to this type of real estate transaction. She understands the value of a property and the land's agricultural and livestock capabilities. She uses her vast knowledge and network to help her clients find the best property for their needs.

Giving back to the community is important to Gina, and she is involved in several organizations that keep her connected to the communities and clients she serves. Gina is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors. She is active in the Decatur and Bridgeport Chambers, Montague County Cowboy Church, Texas Cattle Raisers Association, National Cowgirl Hall of Fame, and the Runaway Bay Ladies Golf Association.

Beyond her professional interests, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband outdoors, hiking, golfing, traveling, and entertaining.
