Christie’s superior customer service and attention to detail shine in every real estate transaction she does. This is why she has been voted the 2021-2022 Decatur Chamber Citizen of the Year and 2023 & 2017-2018 Best Realtor of the Year by readers of the Wise County Messenger. In 2018, her real estate firm, Rhine Realty, was awarded the Decatur Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year title.
Passionate about meeting new people, Christie enjoys discovering her clients’ stories and helping them find their place in the community, including their dream property. As a lifelong resident of Wise County, Christie has developed a vast network of resources to help her clients when buying or selling a home.
Christie focuses on all areas of real estate –Farm and ranch, as well as residential and commercial. With a strong work ethic, she goes above and beyond to help all her clients and work within their schedules. Her commitment to her customers is why most of her new clients come to her at the recommendation of their friends and family, and previous clients want to work with her again when their real estate needs change. She has even worked with military clients and clients moving abroad while they are out of the country.
As a real estate broker and the owner of Rhine Realty, Christie works closely with other realtors. She loves mentoring realtors who are new to the industry and helping them grow their businesses.
Christie is involved in many organizations that bring people to the Wise County area. She is a Decatur Main Street Board member, a past board member of Bridgeport Main Street, and previously served as president of the Area Businesswomen’s Network. Christie was named the 2015 committee member of the year for the Butterfield Stage Days PRCA Rodeo.
Additionally, Christie was a board member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, where she began the chamber’s ambassador program and served as the 2017-2018 president. Christie belongs to the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors. She serves on a board of directors for the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors, Decatur Conference Center, & Decatur Housing Authority. Also, a supporter of TREPAC/The Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee.
When she is not enjoying time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, Christie actively serves and gives back to her community. In 2012, Christie co-founded Glitzy Girls Trailer Park, an annual event on Decatur Square that raises money for local nonprofit organizations. And, at local events, you can often find Christie giving kids a fun ride on her Rhine Realty barrel train.

Colleen represents buyers and sellers in Wise County and the surrounding areas. Having lived in Decatur and Wise County for more than 30 years, Colleen brings a wealth of knowledge about the community to her work as an agent, and she understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a purchase. After many years in the medical industry, Colleen transitioned into real estate. She has changed her focus from patient care to client care and is committed to providing the best service for her real estate clients. Being active in the community is essential to Colleen. She has been involved with the Wise Health Foundation for over 25 years as a Board Member and a Decatur Chamber of Commerce member. Colleen served on the Butterfield Stage Days Rodeo committee for several years and is highly passionate about Wise Health Foundation’s Mary’s Gift. This organization provides mammogram screenings to women in need in Wise County. She is currently Vice President and a Board Member for the North American Corriente Association and Vice President and a Board Member for the Texas Corriente Cattle Association. Colleen is also a member of several real estate organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS, the Texas Association of REALTORS, and the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS.
Colleen and her husband live in Wise County, where they raise cattle. When she is not working or proudly serving her community, Colleen enjoys camping with her husband and friends and spending time with her adult daughter. She loves attending rodeos, roping, cattle events-anything to do with horses and cattle! She is a lifelong NASCAR fan.

Kannan Moore

Kannan graduated from Tarleton State University, receiving a BBA in Business. She has been married to her firefighter husband, Aaron Moore, for 19 years. She loves being the mom of her 2 children, Bailyn and Grady Joe Moore, who are involved in football, basketball, track, baseball, and soon-to-be showing heifers. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, skiing, and traveling. Kannan and her family live in Alvord and are members of FBC Bowie.
Kannan loves and thoroughly enjoys being very involved in her community. She is currently the chair for the Decatur Chamber Ambassadors, a member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, sits on the DEIC committee for Alvord ISD, is the Concessions “Commissioner” for Alvord Youth Baseball/Softball, and is the Reporter for the Alvord Athletic Booster Club. She also served as Alvord PTO Volunteer Coordinator, for 4 years.
Kannan has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Texas since 2002 and loves helping people buy and sell property. She was the Sales Associate for a custom home builder for over 8 years and prides herself in knowing the ins and outs of the home building process.

Despite only attending the DISD for just a couple of years, most of her family has always lived in Decatur, where she spent most holidays and summers.
